The artwork for this shirt was designed in 1988 by Sean Cliver, the winner of a Powell-Peralta "Artist Wanted" contest. The dragon design pays homage to VCJ, the legendary Powell-Peralta artist. The graphic was later dubbed Cab "Ban This" Dragon as it was prominently featured in the famous video of the same name.

The shirt is made from approximately 142 grams of 100% US cotton, in black color with a large graphic on the back and a small one on the left chest, both screen printed. It has a standard adult fit, with double-needle stitching on the sleeves and bottom hems, and a taped neck and shoulders. The collar is a 7/8" rib. The logo is screen printed, and the inside label is also screen printed directly onto the shirt.
